What We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — we never store raw card data). We also collect your Hardware ID (HWID) for license validation, along with basic session metadata such as login timestamps.

How We Use It

We use your data solely to provide and maintain our services: to validate your license and HWID, process transactions, send purchase confirmations, communicate service updates, and investigate abuse. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Data

HWID Data

Your Hardware ID is stored as a one-way cryptographic hash — it cannot be reversed to identify hardware components. HWID data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account termination, unless required for fraud prevention.

Payment Processing

All payments are handled by third-party processors. We do not collect or store card data directly. By purchasing, you also agree to the payment processor's privacy practices.

Data Retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records may be retained up to 7 years to comply with financial regulations.

Security

Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure — while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services including Discord (community support) and payment processors. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for their data practices.

Cookies & Tracking

We use only functional cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics of any kind.

Rights

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Contact us via Discord to exercise these rights. We respond to verifiable requests within 30 days. Some data may be retained as required by law even after a deletion request.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via Discord or the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
